I was born in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California on April 11, 1971. Fire sign? Of course. Aries? No doubt. Three minutes 'til midnight, Easter Sunday and viola, here I am! A free and tenacious Spirit ready to explore, enjoy, and embrace every aspect of this life as I humbly devote my Spirit to be a part of the healing process of mankind and Mother Earth. The reason my parents decided to bless me with this name Pascale is because of its' Latin root "Pasqua" which means Easter. Of course; this day represents my date of birth and will prove to be a part of my very unique character.
As a healing arts practitioner I combine my skills as a massage therapist, A-CAM Practitioner [aromatherapy for complementary and alternative medicine], chakra therapy, yoga, meditation and I teach The Art of Conscious breathing and Meditation to give people the power to obtain whole health healing. Since all of my treatments are personalized and custom tailored to each individual I use a combination of these techniques to treat people that are suffering with problems such as migraine headaches, carpel tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, TMJ disorder, neck problems, sciatica, back pain, fibromyalgia and tendonitis and also healing of the energy body.
Since 1997 have traveled to study, host retreats and to treat and educate people in mind / body / spirit healing from Ukraine, France, New York, Florida, Haiti and Peru.
Over the last 12 years I have had a wonderful opportunity to study with various master healers, educators, shamans and therapists from across the globe. I carry a strong background as a licensed massage therapist specializing in neuromuscular therapy, myoskeletal alignment, pregnancy massage, myofascial release, and Thai yoga stretching. I am certified yoga instructor integrating various styles of yoga such as Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Bhakti Yoga as part of my practice and teaching. Kiana Love is the founder and director of Kakini Health in the fast paced, cosmopolitan New York City. Kiana is a holistic health practitioner that combines somatic therapies, energy therapy, and reflexology to help balance out the body, the mind, and the spirit. Kiana hold her B.S. in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston and also holds various certifications in mind body healing. Over the last 18 years Kiana has studied hand, foot, and vertical reflexology and enhanced her studies with somatic psychology, the integration of the eastern chakra system with a mixture of western psychology studying with world renown teacher / author / psychologist Anodea Judith. Melissa Smith resides in her hometown of Daytona Beach, Florida where she has been practicing yoga with a passion for 5 years. Yoga has made such a phenomenal difference in her life by teaching her awareness and promoting balance, that she knows that it will be a part of her forever. She currently leads yoga classes for colleagues at Flagler Palm Coast High School, and plans to commence a yoga club for the students this fall. Her favorite teachers include Yogi Bhajan, Lisa Goodwin, Saul David Raye, Shiva Rea, Bob Smith and Ki McGraw. She has travelled to Kerala, India and Bali, Indonesia to deepen her personal yoga and meditation practice.
Melissa attended "Kirtan College" in February of this year at Kashi Ashram in Sebastian, Florida led by David and Mira Newman. This was such an awesome experience for her that she had to get a cajon (wooden box percussion instrument that you sit on ) to spread the the powerful energy of kirtan (music, chanting and dancing) in her communitiy.
She will be leading evening yoga and kirtan at the retreat. We will visit the Hanuman temple at the ashram and recite the Hanuman Chalisa after an explanation of the history of the chant to promote a deeper understanding.

Michelle is artist in various styles of dance, fantasy costume creation, and flag performance. She has been involved in the art and dance field since she was a very young girl. Michelle carries her creativity, her passion and her love for various types of performance and arts and in 2007 Michelle has combined her creative eye and imagination with Pascale's talent in aroma~therapy to develop Thee Apothecary an aroma~therapy product line set to debut in 2009. This aroma~therapy product line combines artistic beauty and creativity with the healing powers of Mother Earth (Pachamama) to bring balance, harmony and healing to everyday lives.
Over the last six years Michelle has worked, taught and performed for various production companies such as Hot Jams Production and Love Production in Miami. Michelle has also done a lot of freelance work for various venues such as Hard Rock and Sushi Joe's with write ups about her grace, elegance and energetic spirit in The Palm Beach Post. From 2002 to 2005 Michelle got very involved with artists from San Francisco to Europe in an array of music and dance festivals such as Magical May Daze, Bang and Ultra Music Festival.
In 2003 Michelle was featured in a DVD by the name of Venus and is currently working on a pop music project with a company based in Germany.

Hello my name is Alex Shpigel and I hold a Bachelors’ Degree in Biology from the University of California San Diego and a Masters of Science Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. I began my Traditional Chinese Medicine study in the lush city of San Diego, California and eagerly moved on to finish my clinical experience in the wonders of New York City, New York . A few years later upon my return to San Diego, I devoted my time to receive extra training in Acupuncture Orthopedics from Cedar Sinai Hospital in Beverly Hills, California. Although my formal training had ended, I have never stopped studying and exploring the wonders of Chinese Medicine. After finishing school, I opened a practice in San Diego and have been in practice ever since specializing in pain management and integrating Taoist meditative and longevity practices into my practice.
At the age of 11 I began my Martial Arts practice with the study of Shaolin. After my first teacher had moved on, I continued to follow my path and in the process I found my next school and began my journey into the Chinese Internal Arts. It is here I began my training in the Internal Taoist arts of Hsing-I, Ba Gua, and Tai Chi with Shrfu Mike Patterson. Patiently, I continued my study here for the next 11 years. Having been blessed with a direct glimpse into my future due to an injury during training that was helped through acupuncture; I began my studies at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. During this time, I had already attained my 4th Dan black belt and became the 5 time national and international champion in the Kuoshu Federation for full contact fighting. I also as represented the US team in Taiwan in the 180 pound class which I had won as well. After I return from the east coast, I continued to train at the Hsing-I school in San Diego until its closing after which I began to teach the Internal arts to others.
As an Acupuncturist and a Kung Fu practitioner, I have been able to take the training of the martial arts and apply the focus and dedication to my studies and practice. In my opinion, today’s diseases have a physical as well as a mental component to them. Through teaching people how to be more in tune with their own bodies and minds, I find that they see great results not only in their health conditions but also in their lives as well.
